(f) Associated infrastructure (including permanent fencing, advertising pylons, transformer station, sewage treatment plant);

Basic parameters resulting from the decision:
(1) impassable building line - 30 m from the national road lane;
(2) size of the built-up area - up to 75%;
(3) size of biologically active area - minimum 25%.
According to information from the General Directorate of Roads and Highways, there are 3 exits meeting the requirements for standard exits to the plots, which are located at 48+455 SL, 48+517 SL and 48+552 SL.
The decision, together with other documentation, will be made available to those who sign the LOI.
