Location

The property is located approximately 2 kilometres from the very centre of Szczawnica.

Szczawnica is situated in the Pieniny Mountains, in the valley of the Grajcarek stream, which flows into the Dunajec River. The town has been a health resort for years, and is known for its healing mineral waters and health-promoting microclimate. Szczawnica is surrounded by mountain trails leading to, among others, Trzy Korony and Sokolica. There are also ski stations in the area, such as Palenica, and famous cycling routes. The town offers access to the local infrastructure, including schools, shops and services, while maintaining an intimate character, being an attractive place for both living and recreation.a

Price

Price: 695.000 PLN (the sale is not subject to VAT, PCC tax applies). There is a possibility of a slight negotiation of the price. On conclusion of the sales contract the agency collects commission fee in the amount agreed with the client, net +23% VAT.
